True, there is definitely some sort of secret that Khongs knew that they used to threaten Abby with. When she got to know that Nah, they are leeching too much for a secret, she tried to get 'em off but as they say, human leeches are like cancer, easier to get rid of in the early stages but once they fully spread their legs on to your back, you can do no shit to get 'em off. Saying that she called it on herself is literally victim blaming. Because you are saying look she helped that's why she got murdered. Yes, there is a limit on whom we should help and how much but at the same time not everyone is the same, some people are more empathic, more sensitive... It doesn't mean they deserved to get murdered. You need to understand what to say and when.

She helped them way way beyond their needs. Empathy means to feel someone's pain. But when I can see the other person is doing well, then what empathy is too be shown here?
