I accidentally say that Ashley signing Taylors name on the check was plagiarism, while I should have said forgery! This was definitely something I overlooked while writing the script and during the final edit - Likely caused by my student brain misfiring lol, I will definitely correct this in a future release!

Ashley’s husband’s interview is somewhere on RU-vid and is also interesting. He had no idea of that affair nor did he believe Ashley killed her. It’s interesting in that he knew so little about his own wife’s finances. Ashely’s husband had been a police officer and was actively trying to return to work in law enforcement. He was interviewed extensively to see if he knew anything about it and it’s pretty obvious he didn’t. It’s pretty sad as he starts to realize what she has done.

You gotta wonder why she went for not guilty given all the evidence accrued against Ashley by the detectives. Was she offered any plea deal? The difference between Ashley and Cassandra in the interrogation room was marked too. Ashley was so closed and crossed at the end I enjoyed the detective making her square off. She couldn’t handle that 😂
@sfdntk

I don't know if she was offered a deal, but if she was then someone stupid enough to commit such a transparently obvious murder in such a transparently idiotic way is presumably also dumb enough to reject a plea on the grounds that they think a jury will find them innocent.

@drek9k2
@drek9k2 Год назад
What do you expect her to do? Confess to everything on the spot? Nobody is going to do that. Which is sad too, because you're not buying yourself any leniency. If you break down in interrogation they are absolutely going to nail you to the wall. If you're at the point of interrogations you don't talk period. If you are forced to talk in a murder trial you lie your ass off in court and hope you don't get caught, because once the jury sees that you lie, they're not going to believe much else coming form your mouth. It's a very game theory type of a problem, which is the issue with liars generally, they take the very ultra high risk and downplay the level of this risk in their mind while obfuscating the actual level of reward often getting just by for now and not escaping consequences for a little while longer, but inevitably facing it. Hence these kind of women "what he doesn't know won't hurt him" what they really mean is not wanting to be chewed out like the heartless slutty bitch she truly is being, and not wanting to face her own reality of her actions and the obvious consequence of risking being cutoff from his wallet, which is funny because it's taking the chance with some guys that they will try and fix it, but by lying making it absolutely guaranteed the relationship is fucked. Some of these women like this go all the way and tell themselve 30k is worth it, and rationalizing the irrational level of risk that catching a body entails that WILL end their life. These people just simply don't work or think that way. They are not good at planning, and have very poor impulse control and disrupted emotional thought process, some similarities with the processing problems clinical psychopaths and sociopaths known to be having (or if she is just literally psychopath her self). So they get this tunnel vision of the level of reward, like a cocaine induced monkey, while narrowing their vision to point of not seeing the level of risk as a big deal, or choosing to ignore this level of risk. End result of course is them behaving very stupidly in a manner that the normal person cannot understand how or why somebody takes that level of risk and absurd action known to be life destroying or relationship destroying and does it anyway, often because they are arrogant. One of the top risk signs to look out for: a woman who is very arrogant and thinks herself too smart to be caught, but is in fact quite dumb and clearly not thinking rationally. This type of woman will use that on fucking you over one way or another, even if she doesn't mean to. "But that's just women" no, that's not, not all women are stupid, shitty or immoral, and if that's your entire experience, you need to recheck what kind of woman you're drawing and why you're attracted to it. Similar thing why a very foolish or damaged girl may consistently be drawn to or draw to herself really lousy male partners. If it's a couple, it's probably just bad luck, If it's consistently several or nearly all of them, it's literally just you. Seldom is it "all men" or "all women." I can take one look at that woman's eyes and know she's not worth a hookup.
