Yes mate I am off to loch Lomond where the endrick river runs into with new lures on Saturday 🤞, then up canal at night near mine in Glasgow for some night bait fishing
Got to work, sadly. Looking forward to the end of the month when I can get the fly rods out. Incidentally, you can still get Jersey Herd flies. Just bought some ready for the new season.
A few hours shore fishing this afternoon as the winds had briefly dropped. Missed a couple of good bites but it was nice just to get out to be honest. I noticed the winter storms have completely stripped the sand away from my favourite summer mark!
You never fail to make me chuckle Graeme. Those little jacks from the west country were a proper result. Go back in 5 years and who knows how big they;ll get. Tony's legacy is by no means a little one. Not referring to cash value, but rather his memory will be immortalised by his tackle catching fish in his absence and being filmed. Tomorrow my son Dan and me are having a go in Farnham, trotting bread and hoping for bites. We're using the free stretch of water in the town center. I don't want to ever see these videos come to an end. Life is dull enough, but without your infectious character coming on our screens, it would be unbearable. Thanks again for your tireless efforts in bring us the best on the tube.
Greama you are and always will be. The Rodfarther. You are that guy that turns up to a fishery and everyone goes. "Oh no not him" cause you nail it every time my friend old school. Keep those films coming cause we love every single one of them
You always give great tips out Graham! I'm always watching your videos to get ideas to help me catch more fish. Thanks Graham and keep the videos and fantastic tips coming. Dave.
Great filming and well done in poor conditions, When the Weather is so depressing and the list of things you need to get done outside keeps growing trust a TA Fishing vid to put a smile on your face.
This is the only fishing channel on RU-vid I follow and it's all because of you! Your personality, your energy and your experience make this channel what it is. I'm looking forward to seeing your 1000 videos ... and hopefully many more!
Graeme over the years i have enjoyed your videos so much , theyre so funny at times but full of good tips . the most important thing is that they r all genuine videos , not catching fish every time is just life but true. Im always looking for tips about how to make my own because money is scarce . I live in the West of Ireland and i find i have to travel alot to catch any decent fish. keep up doing your videos and i will keep watching .
Graeme please never stop making videos! There's loads of young lads making fishing videos but none of them have your knowledge, experience or character. We love you too much 🤘
the tackle shack looks awesome captain! and it's no matter if ye be anglin or danglin .... im just glad to have ya in my day ... tight lines Graeme ! oh and rip Tony, this is a beautiful gesture and i know i'd be honored having my gear be used by Greame after i go
Great fishing Graeme. Seeing you catch those pike makes me want to catch more of the chain pickerel we have down here in south Georgia (US). They're smaller cousins of the pike, and add a cool variety to the standard fair of largemouth bass and panfish. Tight lines!
Graeme, I love you! You never fail to give me a laugh or two. I've not been fishing since my childhood, but some of my favorite memories are of fishing with my parents for sunfish and blue gill (here in the States). Keep up the fishing and thank you for the laughs.
Yes sir, pike fishing private pond to see what the score is near market Harborough. Going to be a windy one but beats laying in bed ay! Nice of that man Steven to give you his friends gear . Hope you do catch on something with it 🤞🏻.
Hi Graeme, The Shack looks fantastic.Your No1 Graeme, and every time i go Fishing i think of what you would do to catch. My very best to Mike and his Wife and Baby too. Rest assured you are all thought of and i wish you all well. Much respect. Steve in Fife.
I think its good luck to everyone out there given the current virus threat..hope everyone stays safe.(By the way I've got 8 tons of toilet rolls going cheap !!!!)
I used to love canal fishing. fished the K&A canal for a good 15 years almost every weekend and holiday without fail and caught some absolute monster fish, including pike, carp and perch. Then they removed the shared time restrictions from the boats and did a big netting and removal program and totally ruined it for me, I've not been back since but a little tip for you mate, the action is in the margins ;O) Tight lines ODJ.
They are nice reels. Made by Farlows originally which is my local tackle shop. Great video by the way. I think people are after proper content these days and you hit the spot. Thanks for all your efforts .
I emjoyed that Graman thats nice gear you where sent happy days ,those pike where very thin you think they would have a belly so close to spawning good to see you out mate look forward to see you out with the gear you got and catching.I remember the fly rod the chap from America sent you remember it was very light but you cought on it.
We used to watch the pike on our local river on the far bank just sitting there . We used to throw stones about 10 yards infront of them to see the reaction . The pike would go straight to the splash . We then worked out that the pike were sitting under trees with newly hatch chicks in and were waiting for any that may fall out the nest and hit the water . An easy meal . We then bought frozen chicks from the pet store and fished with them . Cast out to the far bank and bang . Couldnt have been more easier !!! The pike do this every year .
You've done a great job with the videos and I've seen every video and some of them even few times... thank you for the advice and inspiration and i hope that you keep putting some more quality videos out there...
Your show is awesome i think you and me are about the same age am 58 i love to fish and ive lernd a lot from you love your son sow to thank you both keep thim comeing thanks
Totally Awesome Graeme! Great film as ever, but so much more so because of of the wonderful music soundtrack. As in - none, till the end anyway, but that was turn-offable, although I did stay with it, as you did appear to be playing it yourself!! I would add 'LOL', but my sense of humour is too dry for that nonsense. Regards. Raymondo
That’s my local water! Fish there often! Where you started at the boats by swing bridge is usually fantastic for pike. Great to see you on Taunton waters!
Inspired by yourself I’m off to Oxford Canal after some of them predators fingers crossed keep them great vids coming cheers and good luck with that donated gear RIP tony knowing your gear is being put to good use 😀
Been watching since the very start Graham awesome content gave me a lot of awesome programs from a youngster to now keep up the hard work it is gonna pay off :D the channel is gonna boom now there are lots more people fishing over this period of time lets keep the fanbase growing strong :D and keep on fishing :P
Those red gills at the end are deadly for pollock over here on the west coast of Ireland. Three of them on a trace and you will be lifting 3 big hard fighting pollock on light tackle.
Those pike are a long way away from the legend of Dogmersfield lake when you were head bailiff at Dogmersfield Lake back in the day 'eh Graeme?, happy memories there I'd guess!
In that water ... I'd be deadbaiting with the smelliest baits I could find ... sit down & relax... 🥱😴 Or use lobworm for the perch... 🤗 I'm a lazy bastard & couldn't be arsed ploddin up & down a canal... but I've had pike to 16lbs deadbaiting on the canal in Robertstown over here in Ireland... Dumpster-diving for fishin rods 🙄 yer some man Graeme 😂 😎👍☘🍺
We're always saying it in the pub on a Saturday lunchtime. There's only one bloke who's on par with Graeme when it comes to real entertaining fishing. And that's the great Jack Hargreaves.
I remember the Jersey Herd. Wasn't it in fact Jersey Herd Monster? Think it was intended for a stickleback imitation. I tied some up at the time (must have been late 1960s) and tried them quite a few times. Never got a sausage. Still got a couple of them in a box somewhere I think. Your videos are always entertaining Graeme, keep it going pal.
Another film coming Sunday 10am,hopefully all scheduled. And I'm just finishing next Friday's episode right now (nothing on TV so might as well crack on at the computer)
I've been fishing on me local canal which is murky using white mags and bread for the past two weekends and blanked on both occasions. I don't much like canals either.
