And secondly, there is no valid or authentic source which can date algebra back to Gupta dynasty which you're talking about. So get your facts right before jumping the gun. You can only argue but that would be quite pointless.
@Kartikey Mishra Really? Is that your answer? And regarding vedas, Surya Siddhanta was written during Gupta dynasty by great astronomer Varahamihira. And vedas were created arguably during 2000 - 1500 BC. So, don't argue about something you are quite ignorant. And I would like you to stop using Vedas in arguments everywhere.
@Kartikey Mishra Varahamihira existed during Gupta dynasty and it is not something you would say hypothetical. Most historical scriptures during Gupta dynasty are speaking of that truth. There is no single piece of evidence can suggest that Varahamihira existed during Vedic Era. So deal with it.
