@@Abhay_Thakur.01 if you are 50 kg, then 80gm of protein is good and you can have 4 meals including 20 gm of protein in each meal. 1. Milk+oat+banana 2. Rice + 100 gm chicken or 50 gm soya chunks + some veggies 3. 3-4 eggs boiled/fried 4. Whatever you feels good but not a bad carbs with 20-25 gm of protein. And try to keep atleat 3-4 hours gap for every meal. Note- carbs are equally important to protein 👍👍 you can have your meal in any order but add 20-25 gm protein in every meal with good source of carbs and veggies 🔥🔥

Morning Gym jane se pehle - chana aur 1 kela kha lo.. Gym karke ghar ane ke bad 1 glass milk + 1 egg, aur kuch Dry fruit kha lo.. Sham ko paisa rahega to khatta Dahi lo 25 rupees ki.. aur 1 Egg + 1 Kela kha lo.. aur workout karo.. Body ban jayega
Diet Plan is very great sir but my only question is that the protein content for vegetarian people are less as compared to non-veg, like 250 gm chicken breast is giving us 68 gm of protein but 50 gm of soya chunks will only give 26 gm of protein :(

Meals. 1st meal is 1.boiled chickpeas with boil potatoes and salad in early morning 5am, meal2 is badaam ragda in this almonds+milk +cashews+banana+pistachio +dates+kishmish+groundnuts+peanuts +cheeku add for taste and drink this after workout before 10am. 3rd meal is at 12:30/1pm chapati with salad ghee paneerRaw butterChicken/dal or churma .4th meal 2pm is your favourite chocolates/pastries / motichor laddu khawa gajarpak .5th meal is at 4pm or 4:30pm that is pineapple juice/ pomegranate juice/sugarcane juice lot of for weight gain . 6th meal is at 7pm drink carrot +beetroot+tomato mixed juice with dinner that is of 3chapatis/rice and palak or salads like kheera onion..and at 8:30pm u can drink some milk with peanuts some or akhrots and 9pm sleep but walk is important after 830pm dinner so food digest early and good sleep came.
