In this video, I describe the structure of muscle spindle, in which I discuss regarding nuclear bag fibers and nuclear chain fibers and their innervation.
Then I describe the stretch reflex, and two types of stretch reflexes - the dynamic and static.
At last I describe the role of Gamma motor neurons and the concept behind the alpha - gamma co - activation.

Sir i can't understand how the contraction of peripheral part of intrafusal fiber the central part will stretch why if we imagine it shortening of length this also will push from both side Central part so it also will contact
