Fantastic videos! I really appreciate the level of detail and clarity you bring to them. I noticed you're using the Complete Anatomy app-could you share which version you're using to ensure it complies with their terms? I'd love to know more. Thanks in advance!

supination term you can only use for upper limb for lower limb specially foot you must use term inversion and eversion.

Dorsiflexion and plantarflexion

The Subtalar joint (just below the ankle or Talocrucal Joint) in the foot does supinate and pronate however the ankle joint only moves in the sagital plane resulting in dorsiflexion and plantarflexion. Supination of the foot is essential when walking as it provides a rigid base and locks the midtarsals to allow propulsion and pronation of the foot allows for shock absorption and flexibility on uneven terrain :)@@lacroixego

all terms are correct, but the ones you suggested are more common for the lower limb.

my anatomy teacher described eversion and inversion as composite movements which are made up of pronation/supination, adduction/abduction, dorsiflexion/plantarflexion. i think it depends on the professor

your videos are amazingly useful. As a runner it has significantly improved my understanding of the anatomy of the leg and allowed me to understand issues with my running form and experience focus in on exercises relating to specific muscles. Well done and thank you.

Thank you so much for the kind words! 😊 I'm glad you're enjoying the videos. As for the Complete Anatomy app, I'm using the latest version, under licensed permission from them It’s a great tool for visualizing anatomy, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for detailed 3D models
