That’s awesome Gary, congrats! I was very tempted to get one too but I opted not to haha. Anyway, of course that will depend on how much you use it, however I find myself changing only the MIDI battery every month and a half. The sustainer battery I only change about 2-3 times per year. And I play this guitar nearly on a daily basis practicing, band rehearsals, and recording sessions. I hope you enjoy your new guitar, nothing beats red glitter! 🤘🏻

That's great, I read stories of people changing them like every week and couldn't believe it! In the event the sustainer dies, does the guitar still function? I think on the old Fernandez it used to kill it!
