Ci sono stato anch'io un paio d'anni fa, davvero bello. Anche se l'allosauro ne è l'indiscusso protagonista, c'è un po' di tutto fra pesci, crostacei, insetti, rettili, mammiferi, piante... Bel video!

Although this looks like a nice museum to visit with some interesting specimens to see, even if the exhibition's design is somewhat out-dated, I don't think the video properly does it justice. Don't get me wrong, I really appreciate this information being out there. But it could've been made more accessible to a broader public by making the content English or, if there'd be a concern that this would hamper native speakers in viewing this video, bi-lingual. Also, I found it a pity to see what I thought were interesting specimens lying in the glass cabinets, but the camera panning over them and their species name so rapidly, that was hardly possible to properly see what was being shown. In that respect, I think a more programmatic design of a clip like this would work better, where you would have kind of panning shots of the museum and close-ups of exhibits in cabinets interspersed with explanations on the collection you'd see. E.g., after the vertebrate heading page (black & white text), mention the overall impression of the quality and range of the collection, which could be combined with a panning view of the collection space and pertinent cabinets. Then, in addition, some of the more interesting pieces could be highlighted by giving them more screen time, or even discussing them separately. Don't forget that voice-over can be a very good way to help people understand what is being shown to them. Again, I don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth, but I think you could do way more with this material. And the video then spanning 10 minutes or more is definitely not a problem. If well constructed that makes for a much smoother and captivating experience then endless panning views... Hope this comes across as the constructive criticism it was meant to be ;) In any case, thank you!

Hi man, I'm the videomaker. I understand your concerns, indeed the overall video quality and editing is not great. Actually I had to deal with budget issues (old smartphone) and lack of time (museum was gonna close in less than an hour when I stepped in). We tried to improve our commitment in more recent videos and I think that some progress is undeniable, go see with your own eyes! As for the english language that should be our next step hopefully. If you wanna see other pictures from museums and fieldtrips, you can check our Instagram page out: anteo.piemonte.lombardia Cheers, Fabio
