Actually Your Excellency, you can fit India 10 times into Africa. Africa's land area in Square kilometers is 30 million, whilst India has 3 million square kilometres. However, India used to have a higher population than Africa but now Africa has caught up. Both are at 1, 4 billion people. Africa does in fact have a lot of land but some of it is desert and equatorial rainforests. So, not all countries are privileged to have vast land available for human settlement especially Uganda because of the presence of several water bodies. So, birth or natality rates must seriously be controlled. A country the size of Uganda to have 47 million people in 2022, up from 44 million in 2020, is very shocking. It's no wonder we are exporting people to Saudi Arabia and the UAE because we simply cannot provide for them. Imagine when the population reaches 60, 70, or 100 million! The time to act is NOW!
