Dear Ma'am, Aren't both Dalton and Musgrave,s approach the same? They say the same thing but in different words.

Under Dalton theory Net Social Advantage is determined by MSS and MSB. under Musgrave approach best size of budget is determined by MSS and MSB. DALTON THEORY FOR entire society but Musgrave theory is useful to government okay 👍🏻
