This is a classic miso soup, but it goes well with green onions.
It's easy and quick to make!
Ingredients for 2 people: 72kcal/person
・1 bag of nameko mushrooms (about 100g)
・5 green onions
・50g silken tofu
・400ml dashi stock
・2 tablespoons of miso
[How to make]
1. Cut the green onions diagonally into 2cm pieces.
2. Cut the silken tofu into 1cm cubes.
3. Put the dashi stock in a pot and bring it to a boil, then add the green onions and heat until they are completely soft.
4. When the green onions are soft, add the nameko mushrooms and tofu and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat and add the miso.
6. Serve in a bowl and you're done.

[Simple self-introduction]
I'm introducing videos of soups that add a touch of elegance to home cooking.
"Unpretentious" but "simple and delicious!"
I would like to support daily meal preparation through such soups.

I have been teaching at a chef training facility for over 30 years, and during that time I had a variety of experiences, such as working on the job as a nutritionist at a nursery school.
I am currently continuing my work as a chef trainer.
I would be happy if I could use my experience at work and in the kitchen to be of some help.
My sons have become independent and I have some free time, so I decided to start a blog and RU-vid channel in December 2023 to share information on RU-vid while working and to be of help to others.
My goal is 1,000 soup recipes!
