For someone who is trying to eat more vegan food, this looks downright delicious. Never cared for mushrooms when I was a meat eater, now that I don’t eat meat I simply love them.
For easy handling. If you freeze your patties before frying them it will stay together better (for anyone having problems. Especially if you are making black bean burgers with oatmeal as the binder)

Planning on trying your recipe next week. I usually make a black bean and walnut burger, but this sounds like a nice tasty change. They look like nice burgers, but maybe they could make ‘meatballs’ too. Maybe then I’ll curry them by adding some curry powder when sautéing the onions.
I made you burger recipe this afternoon and by far the best vegan burger. I did use the food processor and over processed the mushrooms so the burger was soft. But the flavor was so satisfying! Thank you!
