Call me basic but I like Agaricus Bisporus and Cantarellus Cibarius the most because they go into so many delicious dishes and either stand out as delicious or holds the rest of the dish together like a champ.

Favourite 'shroom definitely is the _Armillaria ostoyae_ (honey mushroom) in the Blue Mountains which is the largest known organism on Earth.

Square One musical discussion! Woot! Although, to be fair, a surprising amount of Square One music rocked and sticks with you. It can be a mix of fun and surprisingly practical, what a lot of PBS kids music tried to achieve but got mixed results with. I still find myself turning to the problem solving song every month or so when I realize I'm getting overly frustrated with something, it helps me break the bad mood and rethink things.

my favorite mushroom is probably Morchella esculenta, the common morel. my partner used to go morel hunting in the spring, they're very tasty

I've recently discovered maitake mushrooms, and I think they're my new favourite. There's a sushi place near me that has maitake tempura that is absolutely delicious.

Oyster mushrooms: they're low fodmap!

A Portobello is always nice.

Not watching the last episode because you don't want the thing to end is still the thing ending. It's literally the same thing as it ending, except worse because you have robbed yourself of MORE of the thing! Just watch the thing.

I really wanted to like this game but the confusing design and the complete unintuitiveness of the pictograms on cards make it painful to both watch and play. Definitely one to avoid.
