@TechSupport How do you access and open chatbot? Received a response to x5 RAID issue in this event and got an in-game mail stating to open chatbot to read response, NO CLUE where chatbot is and how to open it in-game... Have a video of this feature? What are the VIP rewards for completion in this event, cannot see them. Are they samples or are they coins?
