That music you use for Senpai at the beginning of the animation (and at the end) is really kinda fitting ngl. It gives me a lot of Machiavellian Bach vibes tbh. (You might only get that if you played Portal 2) Senpai is really kinda an arrogant idiot at times who thinks he's super smart, which I think makes it kinda ironic that the music that plays in the background reflects his feelings about himself and the situation, and not that of other characters when he's around. Just something I noticed. ;)

My headcannon is Cassandra truly is a nice and soft spoken person at heart who does care about the unfairness things in the hinges of society, (in picos school parts of her dilemma before starting to attack is about rebellion against unruliness.) but is easily manipulated by extraterrestrial/paranormal forces. If one can catch her mind before it snaps at the hands of evil, she will stay pacified.
