This recording is the backbone for a distance collaboration project I'm working on, so I kept the melody consistent and even for other instruments to be added later on. Hopefully I'll post new versions of this in the near future. For now, I'm sharing this basic version. I played this on a Rav Vast tonguepan in the Low E Pygmy scale. The tones are full, bassy, and rich; and phone speakers or laptop speakers will not convey them well which is why I recommend headphones or stereo speakers. This was recorded with dual MXL 770 mics using Mogami gold cables. Levels were adjusted but no other processing was done to the audio. I hope you enjoy!
