It is a pretty classic song by Sheena Ringo. Ado covered it and it's just absolutely beautiful. I just learned the other day, that Sheena Ringo (absolutely HUGE in the music industry in Japan) wrote a song for Ado to sing, for an upcoming movie or series. I'm SO hyped for that.

Ado hasn’t appeared on the First Take yet but there are videos from her concerts, you should definitely check out her live version of unravel! And it has been announced that she’ll make a world tour next year so she’ll probably come to the US! I don’t know when she’ll be where but AdoKnow and she’ll probably announce it soon😂

Yes! I've been waiting for the boys reaction since Teji reacted to this, this is easily one of my favorite Ado songs and I get chills every time I listen to it, absolutely beautiful. This song was originally made and sang by Ringo Sheena who inspired Ado when she was a little girl. (Ado herself said this) Ringo is also a talented singer, gave quite a sensation. Her crime and punishment and 本能(instinct ) are highly recommend. You would see Ado's roots from Ringo.

What gets me every time is the emotion in her voice. Taking the context of the title, the persona may be in prison with no chance of escape or worse even on death row, (with your execution date not announced so that you dread each day thinking it’s your last one). In the bridge her voice almost lost all hope then began to desperately clining onto hope again “Do not look into the future but only on the present you can be sure of.” It’s like this woman did some time in jail from how she sings it…

It shouldent be impossible to have ADO on The First Take, they had Suisei who is a Vtuber on The First Take. they could probably make something work for ADO!
