This is such a heartbreaking song that she wrote for one of her good friend who was in very low place trying to support but right before she had scheduled to release this album, her best friend took her own life and IU postponed the album release and the concert. I recommend for you to read the lyrics and it will touch your soul even more. IU's songs lyrics are so beautiful and you must understand it to fully enjoy her songs. This clip was even more heartbreaking because right before she came back up on the stage, she her the news and another one of her friend took her own life also. IU's MV's are also very meaningful so check that out as well as MV & Song explained clips. IU is one of the most respected and loved solo artist in SK and welcome to IU's rabbit hole and good listening.
