Pablo has said in an interview that their EPs are purposely written as a trilogy to represent their journey as SB19. 1st EP is "Pagsibol" which means Sprouting, 2nd EP is "Pagtatag" which means Strengthening and the last album will be "Simula at Wakas" which means Beginning and End. The songs are also 6 per EP, because 6×3 is 18 which is the number for the fans - A'TIN.

They ended their EP with this very light song. I think they did this on purpose to thank everyone (just like a credit song at the end of a movie). Freedom is also very big to them since they are now self-managed (Pablo as their CEO) and they are finally free to express how they want to be as SB19. And it really worked out as manifested by this amazing EP. This album is who they are.

In this EP , this is the lightest song of all FREEDOM, it was written in the lyrics " Don't know know who sent you here ,you are welcome here.", because their fandom is a whole bunch of different age bracket, all walks of life, any nationality and more..Its basically their gratutude song to all in their journey to success.The road wasn't easy but they made it through..Thanks for supporting and appreciating SB19 talent, its their goal to bring their music & and their culture to the world and they are successfully making it now..😊❤💞🎶🎵🎶🎊💎💎🎉🌎🌍🇵🇭🇵🇭

I actually liked it that the last song of this Pagtatag EP is Freedom. It lightens up the mood as one listens to all the other songs and gets on a rollercoaster ride of varying deep levels of lyricism and emotions . I always like it that Pablo makes a good sequence wherein he never fails to express gratitude to all the people who worked with them and followed them as they explored their dreams.

This song means s much for A’tinxSB19, an ode to the one who is always there from start to now, Sooo THEIR Freedom! Very light summer vibe💙💙💙💙💙 but Pablo always say, you interpret their song how it relates to you. Their Rappler Live of this is so heartwarming! Another great RV, thanks so much ❤❤❤❤❤

Well I agree that we want more, but I think the EP is well packed with good songs and it’s actually difficult to choose favorites since everything is so good. I’m happy to get another EP next time if that’s what’s best to encapsulate their journey at that time. But ofcourse who would complain with a full length album. 😊

They mentioned that Pagsibol and Pagtatag are part of a trilogy and the last ep is yet to come and if I remember each will consist of six songs making eighteen. They’re so thoughtful of Atin. Again Freedom sounds simple and light but the message is about leaving the restrictions of their previous management and embracing their artistic freedom taking their fans along for the ride as they soar high

It's a trilogy EP series: 1. Pagsibol - with the sign "?" which means sprouting from seed, somewhat a story of their beginning and growth with What?, Mapa, Bazinga & SLMT (this is a thank you or stylized SALAMAT song for A'Tin) 2. Pagtatag - symbolized by "!" meaning strenthening, like a tree reaching stability. This is the story of how they are now with Gento (the golden track), Crimzone (blood, sweat and tears), Liham (gratitude & love), Ilaw (limelight struggles), I Want You (strengthening as well 😉😉😅) and Freedom (thanking A'Tin for making them capable of standing on their own. It's pretty much a celebration song). Pagtatag also translates to "establishing" and this album is credited to 1Z Entertainment which they established on their own with Pablo as the CEO. 3. Simula at Wakas - Beginning and End, will be symbolized by a period "." Pablo said there will be 6 songs for this album, so yey for us!

Freedom is SB19 theme song for their One Zone 5th Year Anniversary concert. And this year has been a huge leap for them since forming their own company, 1Z entertainment, (Pablo as CEO), built their own talented team and have full creative freedom on fulfilling their mission: Pin P-POP on the global map.

We A'Tin may not be as big compare to the other fandoms but we are strong. That is why we win Billboard Fan Army. They are a strong fandom but we emerge victorious. Aside from being a fan, we help SB19 by promoting their song. On SB19 concerts, some A'Tins create giveaways and give to attendees(casuals or not). Some A'Tin, post billboards of SB19 like on New York Time Square.. You can say we are the extention of their marketing😅. Because we have goals. We also support other Ppop artist and OPM music. To tell you honestly I as a Atin, still awe and amazed on what this fandom can do.

I hope you listen to Nyebe too. It was released in December 2022. Nyebe means snow but it doesn’t snow in the Philippines, so the song plays with that fact. “I know it’s impossible but why is it snowing heavily” The visualizer is good so maybe watch it while you listen for the feels? But listening to it alone, is good too. Of course, looking forward to the lyrics reaction too.

FREEDOM is the perfect way to end the EP, I think. It's fun, light and easy - no lyrics to dissect, but just a fun song to vibe with! It's a song that expresses their freedom from their previous management as they are now self-managed, with the members as the founders and creators of 1Z Entertainment and the PAGTATAG! EP as the first EP under the company; freedom to create the music and content that they want; freedom to express who they are as a group and as individuals. Their fandom, A'TIN, helped them get to where they are now - they were instrumental to the freedom that they now enjoy!

For me, Freedom is a song of how they are now. They are free from their previous management, free to create music not limited what was told to them. and now they are 1Z Entertainment. And Pablo is their head CEO. But 1Z is created by the 5 of them.

Just in case you're not in the loop yet, Pagtatag is the second EP of a trilogy (the first one being Pagsibol). The third one is yet to be released. All 3 EP's have 6 songs and so will have a total of 18 (A;tin, the fandom, get it?). So it's basically a huge album cut into three.

This track was co-produced by Ohwon Lee, a Korean producer that actually worked with them on Go Up. You can always tell because at the beginning of the song it's got his tag, "Real, Recognize Real " They were also featured on his track "Love Yours," another self help feel good song.
