Hi Linda! I loved your video. It was very helpful. I am wondering if prefer or you’d recommend the Musilia S3 vs the Accord ultralight case? My daughter is at a music conservatory in Tokyo and she is very petite (with spaghetti noodle arms) so I want to get her the best possible option. Also, how long do these ultralight cases take to get in stock? Thank you!
Thank you for this, Linda! I don't know if I missed this in the video, but it sounds like the only difference between the S1 and S3 case is the closure seal and weight. Is there any other difference?
Great, detailed review! Thanks. The only thing that I'm not thrilled about these cases are the colour options... but that black one (is it black?) looks pretty nice. I'm thinking about the silver one, or a white one - but then I would search somebody to do some graphics on it. Cheers
Hi yes that’s the natural black carbon fiber cloth showing through a clear coat. Musilia is seriously impacted currently by the supply chain and Tariff issues. What we have on hand is pretty much it for an unknown length of time.
What is keeping the bows in place? Is that velcro by the tip of the bow? I've had problems with my cases velcros wearing out and the bows coming loose in my cases and slapping against the body of the cello so I'm a bit hesitant about velcro...
Simon Cummings they are Velcro closures however they are sewn closed at the top and down halfway so the bow is better secured even if the Velcro opens. That said, I always put my bow in frog down.
