Yes she does. We believe that Jesus is the only mediator and way to the Father. But our surest way and mediator between man and our Lord Jesus Christ is Mary. Mary is the intelligent way the Father gave us His Son to this world to save us. And in reverse, she is intelligent way the Father gave us to lead us to Jesus Christ. Who are we to question and twist the Salvific Design of our Father in heaven.

Whatever you do and think, how much you may always contradict it, Mary has always been part of God's will and plans for humankind. There's a difference between mediator, redemptor, and Creator. Mary is the co-redemptrix and mediatrix refers to a subordinate but essential participation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Jesus's redemption as she freely consented to give life to the Redeemer. Mary's true obedience to God is the reason for Jesus's incarnation and God's will to be made that He will offer His son for our salvation. Mary has always been part of Jesus's redemption since the beginning. She could have denied the Lord's angel with the message being brought to her for Jesus' incarnation but she willingly submitted to God and accepted the extraordinary role. She could have neglectfully cared about Jesus's birth to his growing years but she did not. She could have denied God's will for Jesus's crucifixion because it was against her as a mother but she still submitted to God and accepted all the sorrows. Mary willingly accepts all the sacrifices she has to go through, from no proper place to give birth to Jesus in the cold winter night, to the persecution of Herod, she has to journey for long miles away from her home place in the middle of the night just to avoid Herod not to kill baby Jesus, she has to go through so much anxiety when Jesus was lost because he did not inform them as he was preaching as a child in the temple, she has lived in poverty and humility despite that she could have just asked God to provide all the luxury for the sake of His Begotten son but she did not do it, she has to suffer so much worries, pains and sorrows watching her son being tortured, tormented and persecuted, she has to burry her sinless son who was condemned to death yet she could have just asked God to just punish all the sinners and spare her son but she did not do it because she is always willing to submit to God. And now you have salvation because Jesus's role has been done yet you are ungrateful for all the sacrifices and persecution Mary has gone through from the earlier years of Jesus together with her son's sacrifices, tortures, and torments that he received. What kind of children of God are you?
