The Supreme Court ruled on July 10, 2024, that all women, including divorced Muslim females, can file a petition under Section 125 CrPC. This section deals with a wife's legal right to seek maintenance from her husband.

Islam me aisaa system nahi hai to banalo aisaa system. This is 21st century and you are still stuck in the mediaeval period. Hindus stopped their Sati system. A wife is not a use and throw item.

Fortunate for WOMEN in Bharatthat INDI ALLIANCE failed to get MODI Govt OUSTED from RULING in INDIA and RAHUL KHAN of INDI ALLIANCE become PM of INDIA because if INDI ALLIANCE has won the election and RAHUL KHAN has become PM of INDIA, then this VERDICT of SC might have cancelled by RAHUL KHAN Govt of INDI ALLIANCE by bringing needed AMENDMENTS in CONSTITUTION of INDIA as it was done by RAJIV GANDHI in 1986
