Looking at other religions, both of them are saying that this thing does not make any sense, but when it comes to Islam, everything will start seeming sensible. When a lot of nonsense has been written in the Quran and Hadith itself. But does any believer have the courage to accept this? No way.😂😂😂😂😂
Ask them Why do they believe in Al Israa Wal Miraj, and they will remain speechless. Or if you are conversing to less sensible people, they would even drag Albert Einstein to prove their Prophet's Journey across space, To meet his Lord Up (where?)
23:52 Jain ascetics doesn't bathe. That doesn't mean that they are unclean. They wash themselves very carefully. They use a sponge or wet cloth to wash away the dirt from their bodies thus maintaining cleanliness.
Yes, Hindus do accept Jain's and Buddhists and Sikhs as part of the faith. But the point is all these religions allow a person to hold on to their beliefs.
Hi brother im from india tamilnadu im tamil jains we jains more less in number.jainism is one of the beautiful religion in india...ahimsa means peace born from jainism..we proud that u can go through out india.u cannot find one jain beggers
20:19 As a Hindu I believe that Jainism is an offshoot of the ancient Vedic religion. We always see Jains as our brothers and sisters together with Buddhist and Sikhs as they all are Dharmic religions and their core beliefs are mostly same.
@@SxVaNm345, Dharmic religions aren't based on the principle of exclusivity of truth so they're very much unlike the Abrahimic faiths. The Sufi philosophies are probably the closest to some Dharmic philosophies though. There's this saying - Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (Entire world is a single family).
Jainism is 2500 years old. not 1970. and if you leave meat that does not mean you eat grass. Indians are mostly vegetarian coz we have plenty of veggies and we don't have to kill anyone. hope you understand...you guys need to travel a little more.
9:50 Jains are peaceful but they too have their own military history. If you look deep into the history of Indian military, you will find a number of Jain soldiers notable for their bravery in the battlefield. Several great Indian Kings were Jains and they too have their own military.
@@MonibaKoliSMB, it's simply not possible to have everyone lead an ascetic life. So there's always 2 factions - one that lives in society and the other that lives like a hermit. The men in society should help serve the renunciates and pray that they too could detach from worldly affairs and reach that higher state in their future lives.

The information in the video is based on the info which is available on the internet the guy himself who made the video has interpretated only half of the info without in-depth analysis. Being a jain some of the information which is explained would definitely sound weird to a non jain because of lack of understanding, some points did make it awkward in the video for me as well
Yeah, so about reincarnation, yes we do not have memory of whether we have been upgraded or downgraded, but that's because we are looking at it from a baser view point. A soul will be reincarnated as many times till it was away any stains or achieves moksha/ nirvana.
Video is just made to garner attention. Other than that they don't understand the importance of religion. If they follow some religion that doesn't mean, their religion is good and other religions are bad. Time Pass Video...
How did we say other religions are bad? We had questions about the info and religious practices in Jainism that did not make rational sense to us. We do understand the importance of religion which is why we chose to be Muslims, lol. We did not understand the importance and logic behind the religious teaching and practices of Jains. 21:05 - the narrator clearly said, the Jain monks will not consume any food without thorough inspection... because they don't want to consume any microbes etc... pay attention please...
As a Jain, gandhi has not a direct connection to Jainism other than ahimsa, everybody is not a monk because they want to live as naturally as everybody does, everybody can't follow strict way of living as monks. Monk takes food that is mostly leftover by people, they generally don't ask them to cook for them. We believes potato has living being but there are some necessary things to do, their life is not more important than humans and animals. There is Heirachy in the living beings Humans > animals >microbes . That's why
Rebirth is also not seen as a good Thing in the other dharmic Religions. No Sex is for Monks. But this is the same for Monks of every Religion. Jainism is as old as Buddhism.

No no. Mahavira was an older contemporary of Buddha. He was probably 35 years older than him. King Bimbisara of Magadha was a lay follower of both great men.
@@MuslimMindsUS what he wants to say is a complex Indian philosophy . I can't explain it in brief because it requires understanding of other concepts, methodologies (catuṣkoṭi especially), logic and reasoning used in it which you guys are obviously unaware of. In Dharma hindu, Buddhist and jain (not sure about jain) the reality or ultimate truth is not born because if it is born then it will come under the cause and effect (karma) which implies that it will be destroyed because what is born (cause) is certain to die (effect). Since the world is not considered as real in these philosophies because of Maya (illusion) the birth and death itself is not the truth also. This becomes more complex once you learn about the negatives used in the catuṣkoṭi methodologies. But simple overview you can watch Swami sarvapriyananda video on RU-vid titled as "quenching the firebrand " which is a section of a text know as Mandukya karika. Some related philosophers are Gaudapada,Nagarjuna,Chanderakirti etc . You can read Mandukya karika by Gaudapada and mulmadhyama karika by Nagarjuna. These texts are the most important in particular traditions of vedanta (Hinduism) and Vajrayana (Buddhism) respectively.
@@MuslimMindsUS, in the physical sense, yes beings are born. However, everything that is born has to die, i.e., it's all temporary. The ultimate reality has been present even before the concept of life and death. Since everything is a manifestation of this very reality which is never born, no one is actually ever born in the first place and no one actually dies. Think of it like the conservation of soul - never born never dies, like energy - never created never destroyed.
Sometimes its good to rationally analyse your own faith, you will understand what nonsense it is , without accepting it blindly because your parents did or you didnt use your brain at time of accepting it.
It’s good to not reveal how one dimensional your thinking is and assume we are on this religion because of our parents. What makes you believe we didn’t critically examine our religion? To be very straight forward with you, if you think Islam is nonsense you are deaf dumb and blind or completely ignorant.

31:18 What you opined there is actually the opinion of a Rival of Jainism, known as the Ajīvikas. Ajivikas are now extinct, they probably were a strong force in India in the 100 Bc and the first two centuries AD Main Rivals of Jainism back then: Brahmanists (Vedic religion) Ajīvikas Charavakas Buddhists Vaisheshikas
What these jains thought to not harm nature as little as they can but islam says cultivate everything for humans only why not humans cultivated for animals islam is showing its hipocracy😂😂
Well the Monks cant cook so they require normal Jains to cook meals for them, and if there wasnt normal Jains then the monks wouldnt have food as they cant eat raw food.
Karma effects in a way that good actions would lead to giving u a good life in ur after life And a bad actions would lead to giving u a hard life such as being born in poor family or being born as some insect etc
First of all .....if u get enlightenment u are free from cycle of death birth ....many saints recall their past after their enlightenment....so past birth helps u unintentionally
memory from a physical brain and soul are two different things . the soul has no ego but a mind /brain memory has . therefore the soul is not bound by the superficial memory . soul has its own evolution . and there are evidence of people who remembered their past life . there is an entire documentary on memory of past life by children whos parents have checked on their childs past life memory . children in Sri lanka remembered about wars in the previous life , people who had been murdered have found their murderer in their present life . Please look up those documentaries - i highly recommend it , just to understand possibilities . jainism predates bhusim . it is said here in the commentary around 4:34 , revisit it if you guy will
Yes. There are many Past life documentaries too. Just the fact that some people are born poor, blind, defected or disabled and some others are born rich, normal, healthy and gifted is enough to conclude re-incarnation exists. It's beyond their understanding to imagine / visualize the entire flow of Karma from death to a new body because the energies that get trapped in nerve centers / Nadis are released when body is burned and those energies need to find a body that they can fit. There is no shortage of sinners in today's modern world and so there is no shortage of damaged bodies as well. Like I said, it's beyond the ability of people of Abrahamic origins to understand these supremely advanced spiritual concepts. And spirituality in Dharmic religions are based on Truth and Science and never on fairytales and blind faiths.
There are many shared beliefs between eastern religions, pretty much true for western religions but there is difference right. The answer is, reincarnation and tolerant to other beliefs. There is a serious misconception about reincarnation, the whole objective of rebirth is not a reward but a punishment. The solution, Moksha.. that is leaving the rebirths and merge with the supreme soul. And moksha is not a paradise or heaven but the state of no other consciousness other than the greatest consciousness of the " ...whatever it is ... ". Imagine if you think heaven has hot chicks and booze.. how long will you last before boredom kicks in. Reason for "tolerant to other beliefs" is that you are always inclusive.. imagine that humans and their opinions have no effect on planets, stars and cosmos .. or if there is a creator .. what he will like and what he/she/it does't like ....etc. . It is because you can have whatever opinions about cosmos and it hardly changes the facts and existence of cosmos... it lead to fusion of diverse cultures with Dharmic religions. A Japanese monk can both worship a local mountain and be Buddhist at the same time.
Jain's give so much clarity for usage of our environment way before 550BC and so enlightenment knowledge ,.,.that time there is no Jesus and prophet Mohammed.
Bro, look in Jainism we believe, use less as u can same for water and we are living like wealthy in India, come to India if u want to look deep into Jainism, you don't have to depend on one God , you can determine by yourself by avoiding silly things and focus on right knowledge
The potato thing was just a joke In jainism it is meant that potato and many more vegetables such as garlic ginger onion carrot radish sweet potato etc that grows under the soil are fully pulled out at the time of cultivation which would result in killing of many microbes therefore we avoid eating these vegetables. Btw this thing is must follwed by jain monks but not mandatory for common jain people. One can have full right to eat vegetables acc to his or her choice. But meat and egg thing is strictly followed by all households. Moreover human eating meat or chicken is not a natural thing or natural life cycle because they can be alive by not consuming non veg But as if in the case of animals , they have to perform proper food chain without which they would it. I hope you have read about it.
If you can't resist yourself from eating something like potatoes etc then that's your weakness/ problem but that doesn't mean that you criticise Jainism. Jainism has a proper logic behind its dos and Don'ts Potatoes and other vegetables that grow under the soil are restricted since they can cause killing of microscope live. But yes eating potatoes can't equate to eating non veg
grape is a part of plant like we have hairs and nails ... plants produce them to attract other animals and disperse their seeds ... plant has a soul not grape
the point of this rebirth, heaven/hell is that if you are alive then you know that you( the soul) are not free from boundations/karma/painfull-cycle so you have to work toward achieving moksha/salvation/niravana(being one with ultimate god). heavent or hell in hinduism/jainism are not the ultimate goal, it is just like a temporary vacation from your work(the life on earth), if you had good karma then your vacation destination is heaven and if bad karma than hell. once suitable life, role, status, situation is matched for your previuos life karma then your vacation is over and back to work(life), there is no permanent stay, only permanency is oneness with the ultimate god(the brahman). hope it helps.
Some foolish men declare that a creator made the world. The doctrine that the world was created is ill advised and should be rejected. If God created the world, where was he before the creation? If you say he was transcendent then and needed no support, where is he now? How could God have made this world without any raw material? If you say that he made this first, and then the world, you are faced with an endless regression. - Mahapurana (jain shashtra)
You are still left with the conundrum of how the universe, its patterns, like, consignment, matter, and systems just always existed. Infinite regress applies to atheism not theism. Theism posets that God is an independent variable whereas we know everything in reality to be a dependent variable. It’s impossible for the universe to have existed this way without a creator because there needs to be a beginning independent variable that set the chain reaction. It must have free will because what else could initiate a random cause of all things?
Love your videos and seeing the Muslim perspective on things. From what I've read, within Hinduism, Jainism and Brahmanism slightly differ in how karma works and what moksha is, and Jains are atomists/materialists. For example, karma in Jainism is a natural function of nature, but in Brahmanism it's given as reward and punishment by the gods. Moksha is similarly different, with one saying it's achieving eternal bliss at the roof of the universe and the other saying it's merging with Brahman. Jains can also worship deities of the Hindu pantheon for material needs so I assume it mixes well with the other Hindu sects. Things like jiva, ajiva, karma, etc are believed to be substances of the cosmos and derive from ancient India's archaic scientific theories about matter that now survive in their religious traditions. It's interesting that they thought of it hundreds of years before the ancient Greeks who also proposed a kind of atomism.

For the microorganisms thing, back when the religion was formed, no one knew about microbes, for them "microbes" were most likely very small insects which live in the air and water and on food as well. That's what they're referring to.
what is the wrong thinking I know I am telling you pls listen 1. Humans think that animals will be more if they don't eat them Ans 1- but in reality humans artificially born them for food and milk and kill them for meat 2. Grains/vegetables are not enough for humans also humans need more food so that's why they eat meat or animals Ans 2-: Humans feed those animals grains/vegetables and consume meat which is very less outcome for humans in a long run instead of eating meat if humans eat those grain and vegetables humans would be a better and good karmic future for themselfs and would have happy animals😢😢😢❤❤
Many things don’t make sense my friend. But we believe in certain concepts due to the veracity of the faith in other aspects. As for Jainism or any other faith for that matter, they are unreliable and provide little to no proofs or have been corrupted
@@MuslimMindsUS same can be said of the Quran or any religious scripture in terms of authenticity. There's no real way to prove that the prophet flew on a buraq a few hundred years ago. When there are matters of faith one must not rely on any literary evidence but accept that these aspects of my belief are faith based. Just as you cannot prove the existence of Janat regardless of any scriptural descriptions of it. You cannot prove or disprove reincarnation. Nevertheless there are current documented incidents in the realm of rebirth claims by individuals who remembered their previous births that have been well documented though there is way more need for investigation and sample sizes are small. Here is a link to a study: med.virginia.edu/perceptual-studies/wp-content/uploads/sites/360/2016/12/STE17.pdf ... So it's a more testable theory comparatively to faith in an afterlife in Janat. Not saying it to put Islam down or anything. Am pointing out discrepancy and maybe hypocrisy in accepting one idea over another and maybe it's your bias... Hey all of us are biased but it's good to be aware of it.
No, pretending all religions have the same validity is just ignorant and baseless simplification. There are manuscripts of the Quran that have been carbon dated to the era of its inception with 100% of the entire text falling within the first 100 years of the prophets death. That’s just the physical, aside from that, obsession with memorizing the Quran from that time until modern day is the reason why you have countless chains of reciters that connects directly to the prophet teacher by teacher. Why does this prove buraq, heaven, or hell? Because these very same texts make claims and predictions that no human could have known in an ancient, illiterate, Bedouin Arab society. The reasons of: Preservation Knowledge not known at the time Countless testimony of recorded miracles Theology All of the these reasons make Islam incomparable with the rest of the world religions in almost every metric. It’s not bias, it’s just reality
@@MuslimMindsUS so let's say I had a carbon dated scripture found in the mountains of Timbuktu...that said there's Dragons who eat rainbows... Let's exaggerate to prove a point And then I read it today and am like oh I believe in dragons. Or maybe the manuscripts showed people using some advanced technology like phones... no way anyone 2000 years ago knew what phones were....And I had a chain of ancient shamans who passed it on perfectly to each other for 2000 years....Would those be sufficient for you to say hey these guys might have had something special going? I should go on and believe in that manuscript. Obviously not you would question it. And people say the same thing about predictions of Nostradamus... That doesn't make him a prophet or anything special. What ever you believe is based purely on faith. In the same manner apart from so many research papers on reincarnation... Studied in universities today. Reincarnation is a belief of many dharmic faiths. Just as you may want to believe meteors are stars shot by the devil or any other such statements... You can believe them as FAITH. And a succession of shamans reading carbon dated scriptures of dragons and rainbows. Just as you would look at them and not be convinced... You can easily see why an outsider would see Islam in this light too. Everything is faith based even if you think it's based on some logical arguments.
