Hey Rich, it seems you can only use a limited list of shooting modes when using the GPS remote. For example with the X3 you can't use the remote to take a HDR photo or a HDR Video. Can you confirm that ? Cheers
Yes this is true for some reason - you could try selecting it on the camera first and then idling the remote to stop/start - not sure if that will work and yes I know that kind of defeats the object of having one.
Search The Insta360 Facebook group - there’s a main community one and then others for each camera - not sure if there’s one for the one inch but you’ll definitely get questions answers. It’s not always friendly though so just ignore the trolls.
Hi Lee, I always use sandisk extreme or extreme pro - I find them to be the most reliable. I tend to use shorter cards like 64 and 128 but it depends what sort of stuff you’re filming. A shorter card means you lose less footage if you lose the card it or if it gets corrupted. Thanks for the comment
@@EatSleep360 hi again If I was to mount the rs one with the 360 lens fitted and mounted it in the side of my motorbike helmet.. is there a setting I could use lower quality for a dash cam type use when commuting? Cheers Lee
