Honestly, can't go wrong with two colors of these if you're gonna get tons of wear out of them in Seattle. I'm beating up my black pair, probably gonna pick up another color of these or the Alyx buckle boots.
Go back for the sea salts brother. They’re the ones you love. You’re not going to wear them every time it rains (probably) and they’re made of rubber, so they’ll clean up easily. Fiancé wants you to be practical, but let’s be real… These are anything but practical, so get the one you’re in love with. Just my humble opinion.
Bro… the sea salt color 🤤 I just invested in the saint laurent harness wyatt boots in the black leather, and I gotta say they’re worth every penny. It’s hard to handle the thick price tag on designer shoes, but every time I’ve invested in a pair, they last for years and always look stylish. Even when they just sit in my closet, they still inspire me. I’m stoked that you are able to cop these boots man. Congrats!
@@stylebysrxgs I’d say they’re true to size. I’m normally a 10 (Euro 43) and that’s what I got. I got mine at the YSL here in Portland so I was able to try on a few sizes and score them tax free.
Looking forward to the fits man ⚡⚡⚡ super hyped as well haha would be cool to see you do an all jeans recommendation video, especially the kind that's straight and doesn't stack on the shoe
Recently purchased some chunky Chelsea’s from Zara at a great price and I love them! Just wish the Texas weather let me wear them more lol would definitely appreciate styling tips!
Hey! No buyers remorse at all. I wear them any chance I can get, has held up nicely, it pairs well with almost any outfit, super comfy, and I like them so much I went back for the off white color. These will probably be my go to for a while, and after having the brown and off white one, I find myself wanting another color. Perhaps a black, or a more fun color. But overall - 10/10. Hope this helps!
It’s awesome to see one of my favorite boots on the bro, Stevie!!! My boots just came in recently and I’ve been looking for ways to style them so I’m really looking forward to see your looks in the future! In my personal experience, the boots definitely feel a little tight in the upper foot area. Since it’s rubber (and not leather) it doesn’t really stretch. I was wondering if you had any trouble with this too and if so, what did you do! I talked with the people at Bottega and they recommended throwing in some different insoles. Thanks again for video, my brother and keep it up 🙌
Hey Anthony - thanks for the love! In terms of the sizing, I personally have felt that, but I know what you mean in terms of the boot being rubber and not having much give. My top would be to just keep wearing em and overtime (hopefully) - it’ll just be normal. ✔️
@@stylebysrxgs I got the black! The SF was out of black in 43 for a while but I was able to get my hands on a pair!! They had the Fondant too which looked sick. I think you were absolutely rocking the sea salts but as someone who really only wears more earth tones, I’m glad you I got to see you in the fondants!
I am brown boots guy and hate white sneakers!! But that sea salt is 🔥🔥🔥🔥..... I def will get that in a blink of an eye!!.... It's really matched with your pants!! And will be good with black and all earth tones!! .... It will be sold out anyn time brooo!! 😆😅😂
Go back and wear a fit you’d rock color scheme wise with the salts and if you’re in love you’re in love. Just be like the salts were like the first time you saw your fiancé, she was a vibe, unique and you knew she was it. Everyone else just a chocolate brown ya digggg haha. If not just be like damn you were right.
im also a size 9.5 but when i called BV customer service the lady said for me to get a 43. since you got a 42 do you think itll be fine if i got a 43 instead of the 42 as I have also heard the crown of the boot can be a bit tight. thanks!
If anything, Boots are only going to get more chunky. Just look at Kanye's big ass boots. My dads been wearing boots like that for 20 years and when I told him they were in fashion now cause of Kanye he laughed
