nope, they make good shit but its too expensive, for example only the wheel is 300 dollars? like you can just buy a real truck wheel and adapt it into a moza base and it will be way cheaper
As an real life truck driver, and long time truck simulator user, I just bought a new Moza setup because of this wheel :D Can't wait to get it and try it out
I'm still surprised it took so long for the sim trucking community to get recognised by a sim accessory manufacturer which is much bigger than e.g. the sim flight community yet they had flying accessories for many many years & new one are constantly being made
@@Sithhy, I don't get it either. It seems like a missed opportunity; glad to see Moza trying to fill this gap in the market, and I will be excited to see what else they might have in the works.
@@simracingden Aerosoft has a new wheel coming that is dedicated to truck and bus sims, and cost wise will likely be hard to beat. But I went in on Moza's ecosystem purely because they added this wheel, and I can't wait for the stalks as well.
Do you know if they will be doing a TSW bundle at all? I think it would be a fantastic option for the ETS & ATS gamers out there including myself. Been using my Logitech G29 since starting in Sim Trucks etc and would love to make the jump over to a Moza Racing R5 or R9.
Apologies for the oversight in the video! Just a quick heads-up: the wheel actually comes with a set of two sticker sheets for customizing the buttons, especially tailored for truck simulators. Swing by my community post to catch a glimpse of them! 😊🚚
Now somebody need make force feedback gearshift. It shouldn’t be to hard. Make gearshift shake some as you setup on gas, when miss a gear. The gearshift should shake quite strong. Nobody makes force feed back gearshift for ATS/ETS. Wheel looks good. Does have Jake brake button on the wheel? Will wheel allow g29 pedal be plugged into it? Got about 1600+ hrs in ATS so far myself.
@@simracingden Wow omg, I didn’t know anything like this existed, but dam that way out of my price range. That about price of me trying RTX 3090, to replace my old GTX 1080ti, Cus here Canada. That what they going for is around $1200 to $1500 Canadian for 3090. Which insane consider 3090 is few yrs old now. Want 3090 simple Cus has 24 GB Vram. More future proof then other GPUs, who may only have 12 or 16 GB. That gear shifter Looks like professional gear shifter. Very nice. I Would love it for my ATS setup. But $1400+. I except that be even more in Alberta Canadian dollars and to have shipped here? Wouldn’t be cheep. But thanks for info. Good know somebody made force feed back shifter. Hopeful more company will make one that doesn’t cost the price of new gpu. At moment I am just using g29 wheel/pedal, TH8a shifter and SKRS add on shifter.
Man, the steering wheel is great on its own but what really gets me going is that stalks accessory... Already imagining playing ETS/ATS or BeamNG with it, will be sick
Oh boy I have a high end Simucube/Heusinkveld rig but now I will need to build a second rig with Moza components for trucking! The wheel and the stalks are absolutely amazing!
This is something I would never buy, but its crazy how Moza has stormed the market and is dominating. I haven't ever heard of shipping or customer service issues like fanatec.
It wouldn't have been on my list since I don't play truck simulators, but trying it out was an excellent experience. I honestly believe that it's a must-have for anyone who is into truck sims. Moza is definitely doing a lot right.
omg this setup i neeeed. iv got 1,862.2 hrs on Euro tuck sim 2 and this along with the upcome addon in may omg its the dream , one can only dream haha , maybe one day ill be able to having something like this . great video 👍
Hey, will I be able to pair this wheel with the Saitek side panel and g29 pedals and gearbox? If so that’s amazing and I’m purchasing right away 😊 Oh yeah and what’s the turning radius? More than 900 I’m guessing
I don't see why not. They would all need to be connected to a PC via USB. I'm assuming you have a moza wheelbase already? Turning radius is whatever you want you set it in settings.
@@simracingden oohh damn I wasn't sure how it worked I though there was a wheelbase coming with it. Looking now its like £500 just for it all, i'll just stick with my g29 then im not wasting 500 for this
Congratulations on your content, very well explained and of high quality. I was really waiting for a video like this for these products. I'm Brazilian and now I'm in England, I wouldn't be able to buy a product like this so soon, in Brazil the prices are unrealistic, now I'm focused on setting up my setup, because I'm passionate about Truck Simulators. Congratulations thank you!
So how will the multifunction stalk connect? Does it connect via rj cable to wheelbase, if yes to what port does it go? If no, i think they will make another revision for wheelbase
I am not sure, as I don't have details yet from Moza; I guess the stalk hub would connect to the RJ port on the back of the wheel, which would make the most sense to me.
So far, it can only be programmed for rev, speed, and flags, which is great for racing but isn't super helpful for trucks or other sims. This would be a cool feature if they added it, though.
I spent the first 9 minutes of the review thinking “this is cool but it needs the stalks”. I guess I wasn’t the only one to think that. Maybe when I’m no longer broke I’ll buy this.
Makes me so upset I have fanatec. Nothing but dog shit from their team. I'm defo buying another brand and likely moza in the future. I hope the clamp is compatible with my CSL DD but time will tell, the stalks would be nice to have too but, cant see that happening?
Stalks will likely only be compatible with Moza bases. Not sure on the clamp but I will ask Moza about this there are a few mounting holes on it so might work.
@@simracingden I have a new question for you, I keep trying to see these stalks, there's nothing on the website and haven't seen anyone else reviewing them.. I guess unreleased with no info?
@@RumblerGaming They will be available in May. MOZA did permit reviewers to tease them with some photos they provided. I don't have any further info I can share now, but I'm told they will be sent to me for review later this year.
Not sure you should be able to technically map any game controls to the stalks. Will have more information when I receive my review unit of the stalks.
Yes and dont like addons on finished rim , usb hub, connection with old telephone lookalike, stalks etc. Have simagic at home, so its no no for me.@@simracingden PS. Cool idea
