Hi and thanks for Your support! When transfering larger files for 15+ min or editing 4K video straight from ssd for around the same time, enclosure does get hot. But that's more like very warm - You can still hold it. That's a nice feature to have during autumn and winter season (not for Philippines, though xD) and in theory this will extend ssd's life as the enclosure is good at dissipating heat from the drive.
