Tracing Paper
Art Pencils or Staedtler (HB), (H) OR Faber Castel (HB), Sharpener, & Art Eraser
Thin Marker Paper (70 gsm or 18 lb)
Art Markers with a Brush Tip and Chisel Tip; Choose one of the recommended Brands:
Ohuhu, choose the amount you want: 48 pc, 72 pc, 104 pc, 168 pc, or 320 PC + Optional additional skin tone set, though the bigger sets already have several. (I have the 168 pc set plus the skin tone set)
More expensive option: AD Chartpak 48 pc or 96 pc
More expensive option: Copic 72 pc
Cardstock, Colored Papers
Grid Ruler, French Curve
Printed Inspiration Photos
Fabric Swatches
Additional Supplies for Creating Artboards in Portfolios
Fine-tipped Art Markers in Black and Brown; Recommended Brands:
Micron 01 (for faces) & 05 (for garment outlines) Black & Brown 01 (for faces); OR
BrownEdding 0.3 (for faces) & 0.5 (for garment outlines) Black & Brown 0.3 (for faces).
Gluestick (acid free if possible)
Optional: Colored Pencils 12 count w/white, Copic White Paint, Metallic Marker Pens
Tape, Rings, Spiral binding, String, Ribbon, Fabric strips, or anything that will connect the Artboards.
