I used this today at Camp Kinser in Okinawa and wow, it works. I felt it all over and you def. feel every part of your body working. I walked in and saw it and was like wow, stepping up the game Marine Corps.....

I upgraded to one of these from my schwinn ad2 for my bday this year and although expensive, this thing is soooooo good for conditioning. Although rogue can fuck off charging extra plus shipping for the wind guard and phone holder 🤣

Love mine, the direct drive system is great and with it having belts instead of chains minimal maintenance. My first one only lasted two weeks as the belt slipped inside but the folks at Rogue were awesome and shipped out a new replacement which is awesome 🤙🏻

Love the video jeff bridges. Recently bought myslf a new rowing machine and have a simple plain excercise bike which i mix up with my running also. I have a big shed at home so i am deffiently getting an assault bike for sure,the weather isnt always the best here in Ireland to be getting out in and the save my knees n back for later life so building my home jym and this will be deff added in for my cardio get in my workouts before work 😊

@@JoshBridges I have the ski-erg and the rower as well, but the bike is the one that kicks my ass. Had my hockey team over for the year end party and everyone had to do 20 cals on the way in. So many dudes were humbled.

Hey hey, nice video! I am planning to buy one. Is it also possible to do steady state cardio workout on that bike and not go full speed? For example a low intensity session for 30 min?

My CF gym doesn't have one but I hope to try a Rogue Echo bike...Rogue Invitational was an awesome event. When you're fully recovered from injury I hope to see you there next year as a Legend or Individual.

I have 20 yo Schwinn Airdyne. Thinking about upgrading to this unit. I do the bike 3 times a week for 30 minutes and sprint every 5 minutes for 30 seconds. I have been doing this workout for about 10 years and still get gassed every time.

@@Anthony0855 I believe Rogue only has one Echo model. The other one you mentioned is probably the Assault Bike. If so, Echo bike is belt driven (quieter) and Assault bike is metal chain driven (much louder)

Would you be willing to donate those old bikes to me? Just wondering haha. Favorite for this is starting with 3 cals and increasing every minute until failure, these bikes are a killer.
