Hi, I take a very tall fighter on the pads and I try to do pad work that will benefit him against shorter fighters? Will all these combinations help tall fighter boxing against shorter fighters?
taller fighter v shorter opponent, footwork & straight, long punches will be your best options, keeping range and distance, a good, long, sharp jab + the ability to move well

not rewlly a fan of numbers, i prefer to be more specific with the punches, it also helps teach your client and build their boxing knowledge numbers can get messy, 1,2, and occasionally 3, is about as far as i go
