Speaking confident english is a great link to learn and improve english AnneMarie is doing excellent . I have subscribed the video and will continue learning from it. God bless you .
I don't know why I can understand everything this sweet and polite woman tell in her videos...while I don't understand my colleague in nothing...neather simples things as "take water or give me the coffee" that's unbelieveble....I think one very accent's problem....
I usually have an interview through phone call, but I am not confident to answer as usual. I love your ending ways, such as “I’ll make sure she receive your message.”
When I have to follow up on a customer to redeem his or promise. This is a great challenge for me. I learnt I am sorry for interrupting, I didn't quite understand... Can I put you on hold for a sec? Well done. I must confess you are doing a great job.
Hi Annmarie ! I'm from Thailand love to learn witn you and hear your voice everyday.I want to improve my English.🙏😍Thank you so much to see you on you tube.
I work as an appointment setter for home improvement company. But I’m not a fluent English speaking. Sometimes I get nervous and sometimes I don’t understand when they’re giving addresses and that kind of stuff. Thank you for the help.
Soon, I will become a receptionist to a big corporate and I feel so nervous to be on the phone. I become so nervous that I forget even the most common words or phrases. I'm even doubting myself if I'm the right person for the job
I enjoyed this lesson. Your RU-vid channel is everything I've been looking for! I enjoy interacting with people, but at the same time I'm forced to hold myself back in the fear of saying something embarrassing and unprofessional and also it makes to super nervous to interact in English. I'm so so so grateful to you.
This is great content. Ive spoken and understood english from a young age with no problem. I would like to thank you for your material which is helping me fine tune my communication. Keep up the great work.
I love listening to you speaking so clearly. I speak well though I speak so fast that at times I am not understood because of my accent. I do communicate so much better when I write. Much thanks Josephine
Hi Anne mam....I am your teaching fan ( fabulous )....m also a teacher but not much comfortable with English language ..I found your video in RU-vid...most probably your video are only 10 to 15 minutes ....it's really helpful for me... thank you so much 😊
Your video so useful, I can apply it immediately in my daily work to make telephone conversation smoother. Some new telephone that I have learned from your video: 1. Would you mind holding for a moment while I get that information for you 2. I didn't quite understand, could you say that once more? 3. Sorry to interrupt but before you continue, can I clarify what you said? 4. Sorry, she/he not available at the moment. Can I take a message for her? Pro tip: Speak slowly and Clearly when making a conversation on the telephone. Slowly but surely.
Thank you AnnMarie. I practiced along as you gave the examples but found myself taking it slowly otherwise I fumbled the words if I speak faster. My practice phrases: Thank you for calling I’ll see you next week in the meeting. Thank you for calling if you have any more questions don’t hesitate to ask
Anne Marie morning... you're awesome, you're not asking me but I'm currently working to call center industry and these very uselful tips will be applied. Anne Marie best regards and keep the beauty please.👍

Hello!! Thank you for this very illustrative and didactic class for successful telephone call. It would be great if I can learn and develop my skills in a Job interview through a telephone call. Your class is really motivating and encouraging. Thank you again.
Mam I m so happy to see your videos on youtube first of all I would like to say thank to you because your voice intensity is normal which is understandable thankyou very much
From Djibouti thanks anna ilove it you Accnt I really love it This is what I exactly need at the moment, Thank you very much for such a useful lesson When someone ends a call and says, thank you very much, do you have any question?
If you want to ask another question but unrelated to what you were just talking about... For a long time I wanted to know what to say in this situation. I am a Brazilian living in the US for 13 years now. I asked people how to say this, what is the expression, and their answer is: "You just ask whatever you want to ask" hahahaha. But one time I heard someone using an expression and learned it. I was so happy to finally learn it. It was "while we are here...". Correct? Any other way to say this? In a literal translation from portuguese, we would say "I would like to take advantage (that we are already talking to one another) by asking such and such", but I really don't think people speak like this in English.

Hi Annmery , Thanks for this lesson. I have two phone calls every week with our customer. And I get stressed as the voice over the phone is not very clear and I have to ask them to repeat their sentences. I don’t feel comfortable to ask them repeating themselves.
