Okay, I'm already enamored with the first plaque. Love the 'aging' technique you use to give wood that look. The pig plaque is cute. No, not further work was needed on it. Sometimes, less is more. The tub riser was a nifty project too. There is no telling what all you can do with that one, should you get a wild hair and your mood changes with it, haha. Wonderful projects this week. Glad to see you getting back to your 'roots' as it was.

The piggy is perfect! I like more simple types of decor especially when it’s farmhouse decor. But the chicken sign is magnificent‼️🤩 Looks exactly how an old wood sign would n should look. Great job! I’ve got that little tub n been waiting to do something with it. 😊

Thanks for stopping by! I don't think the country/farmhouse/rustic will ever go out of style. There are so many ways to incorporate touches of the style, some like the black and white, I like to use color and give it an old time look. So glad you liked the video!!! There is more to come ❤️

I am new. I truly enjoyed this video. I too was raised on a farm I love the very rustic charm too. I would like to see a dollar store video since I live next to one. I think you definitely made that wood look old on that first sign and that little pig sign looks so cute the way it is. I like simplicity. I don't think everything needs a bow, but that's just me. Love the Dollar general LOL although it's hit or miss on what they carry just like Dollar tree I see some of these videos and can't find those items at my store but it is what it is can often make deer using something else. Like for the life of me my Dollar tree does not carry wood rounds nor those little wood rings. Dollar generals crafting supplies are very expensive I think you mentioned that in one of your other videos.

Our Dollar Generals often don't run the same sales, which is really frustrating!! Yes their craft supplies are way overpriced, that's why I shop their clearance sales for decor items that I can redo.

Moved back home, strapped my "hillbilly" back on, stopped looking back, stopped looking ahead, doing the today thing, & never been more at peace in my life. Sometimes we just gotta "get back". 😉💕
