Both the front and back yards need work. Interior needs repainting. The dehumidifier at the basement window indicates possible water infiltration problems. I know price reflects the house located in one of the better school districts but the price seems a little steep.

That house is NOT worth $560,000. Seriously?! A high volume of people moving to an area or post COVID effect doesn't justify overpriced housing. That's ridiculous!
