Danger Watch this before trying to bypass your fuelpump.You may cause a leak and fire. I show how i rebuild a pulse pump on an onan bf-ms engine with a DD11 carburator. I show how i would bypass the carb mounted pump with a newer round pump. I can not see how punching a hole in diaphram can work. You can buy a rebuild kit fo the onan dd11 carb that includes the black fuelpump block. Onan engine. 16hp onan, small engine repair tips. wtbm123

Very nice rebuild on the fuel pump . Great idea on fixing the dip stick also . The tractor sounds good . 👍🏻

If yours is a P engine it will not have the pump on carb . Hope you are figuring out the Goofy Cart

Nice job Terry good video glad you have an Onan now because I like your videos. I started using Shell Rotella T6 synthetic for diesel 10W-30 from Menards about 24 bucks for a gallon and the oil consumption and compression seem to really improve given a little run time.

My only thing with Rotella is a lot of detergent and i have no filter .. I have called Rotella them and had a conversation . Some of the nices people there and will spend time answering questions . Not sure what i will run in it , but do need to change the oil soon.
