As a south Indian, I myself don't know many dishes...every video I am like...what there is something like that or they too have it? I liked it how you ate on banana leaf and tried to adopt the culture while you were here... also I loved the cake which jassy was eating....it looked so moist 🤤🤤.... lastly good thing you tried french food which you should do in pondicherry..... actually I do learn a lot about not only my cuisine but also others from your video.... also we get restaurant choices from various places....i usually watch yours to choose.. there is one thing I want to know is where is dosa and idli from? Many dishes might be authentic to a state but I really don't know where is dosa and idli from....one thing I also want to tell you is that when you get that khaatas it means it is too fermented and not good for your health....actually you should eat within one day of making of the batter...but yes the khaatas improves the taste and smell a lot...I am just talking from the health point of view( doctor was the one who told me this )
