I got into the RU-vid thing during the pandemic when the hospitality industry as a whole was taking a hit. My folks and many other relatives are entrepreneurs and in the food service industry so supporting small businesses I guess is in my blood. Are they all hits? Short answer - some more than others, and your guess is correct, if I genuinely didn’t enjoy it, it doesn’t go on RU-vid. That said, I would say I’m pretty openminded with food and can see the positives in most things. Because of my reason for getting into RU-vid, I don’t want to place focus on the negative, instead, even if I’m not overly enthusiastic about a specific food item, I try to present what I think someone out there might find positive. Hope that kinda answers it.
Thank you for introducing me to sukiyaki, and its history. Seeing you comfortably enjoying these complex, intimidating dishes is amazing! The shrimp and crab meat tamaki was marvelous. The Wagyu, caviar, uni combination was innovative and artful! Thank you for explaining the differences between Japanese A-5 wagyu, and American wagyu beef. It must be special having the hot wagyu strips swirled in egg. Taro icecream is another rarity among many featured in this video. Wishing you a great week ahead!
Exploring the various ways delicious ingredients can be served is a blessing. I’m lucky to have the opportunity to do it. I’m happy I was able to share the experience! Have a great week buddy!
I often go to Metro Square and pass by this place and wondered what was in there! I love Japanese bbq grill so will need to check this place out too! Would love to see you do more Japanese and Korean Grill places in the city 😋
