no your wrong, high RPM spinning causing the reduction of the nutrients is kind off true. this applies only for very high speed blenders or industrial blenders. normal home use blenders will have no issues. the first few minutes which you explained is a myth, these guys say these to sell more blenders.

If you can chew fruits and veggies, pls eat them as is. If you extract juice, you are losing the fibers. Bsides, 1 whole fruit fills you up better than a glass of juice.

For God's sake don't take this advice. I got this juicer on Amazon recently and promptly returned it. For years I have been using the Sujata centrifugal juicer. I got it as an add-on to my existing Sujata mixer that I have been using for 11 years and still going strong. Prior to that I have used the Omega and Juiceman centrifugal juicers with good results. The juice yield from the Agaro slow juicer is light and poor in quantity. Worst part, there is pulp in the juice which you will have to filter again to extract the pure juice. There are more expensive slow juicers which may give better results but I strongly doubt. Stick to your Sujata Mixer/Juicer combo which comes at half the price of the Agaro slow juicer.
