One of the greatest days in my life! Perth born and bred. Dreamt of going to a GF and watching that Sheed goal sail towards me still leaves me with goosebumps! The commentary of “Sheed from the impossible angle” is only rivaled by “Matera sets sail for home.. and the Eagles have hit the front”! Go Eagles 🏆🏆🏆🏆

Every kid after every training session has shots in the boundary, talking to themselves "minutes/seconds left in the grand final...can he do it", they all go back and imagine. Sheed lived out every young footballers dream. That video was well done AFL. The pies deserve more respect...that was a great game of footy!

Straight after the game my mates and I went down to the local oval for a kick. There were two young boys down there having a kick too and they were playing out the game. One was saying he was Josh Kennedy and the other Dom Sheed. It reminded me of my brother and I when we were younger playing out Westcoast’s GF win in 2006 out on the road.

The bulldogs premiership was incredible....this was just as unbelievable No gaff..no Nic Nat no Shep ....no worries ...hutches job on steel Sidebottom...Sidebottom had 41 touches v Richmond ....flip those number 14 v Hutch. The bump by Ryan on Maynard changed the game

I have grown up a die hard dockers fan. My instinct is to hate the eagles even though they’re a ripper team. Watching this has given me a place in my heart for west coast, because I know they’re just some good blokes, and good footy players. Great quality vid👍, love the editing🤙

As a Collingwood fan this just makes me wince! McGovern bleeding on the inside, shouldn't have been playing. Vardy needed to not be injured and NicNat to be injured, unlikely to be playing. Sheed and Ryan meant to be off the ground, shouldn't have been playing! What are the odds?!

@Rhett Broadby over the past 4 years westcoast won the most games of any team in the comp. Simmo had the best win ratio if any coach in that time and built his squad. It was demonstrably Simmos premiership by all metrics. But that doesn't mean Mitchell didn't have an influence
