I cooked the chops as defined by yourselves. There was alot of masala at 5mins and chops were not tender so I cooked for another 5 mins. I took out the chops and fried those. the flavour was good but what to do with masala? do I have to retain it on the chops? how would I get it stick to the chops? ratings i would give is 7.5/10 and yes my family liked it but were not overwhelemed maybe because my cooking technique.
@@aamirjohn2273 if there is masala left. Then let it cook in it. Because sometimes the meat used is refrigerated, that also has excessive water. So after pressure ends. Open the lid and cook until the water dried. This way masala will completely coat the chops. When fried, all masala will be attached to the chops. I hope this helps 😊
I will certainly male this but we usually bake them in the oven with some oil spray to get the colour. Plus, i also hate washing pots which had oil in them 😂😂

@@sukhqazmi5837 i think this was much improved shoot. We usually add the cooked short in first 10 seconds. Later on we show recipe with the flow of it.
