My dear afzaal, l am your admirer. Two changes l may suggest you in the above recipe. 1. Unpainted clay pot to be used as it transmits the aroma of earth in the gravy. 2. If we use one table spoon per kg at the end when we mix aata, it gives better taste to curry. You may need a third video on kunna if you find my proposal better.

Actual word is "Kunhawn" translated differently everywhere. It is Indian Cooking Recipe were been used "As Festival cooking" on Tomb celebration. In Pakistan it were been brought by "Ahmdia Leader" Mirza Ghulam Ahmad. The word "Kunhawn" means "To get Yekhni from meat and let the meat cook in same Yekhni" and intersting secret of this recipe is that cook can increase the water in it as much the guest are present and if more guest comes then more water added in it and boiled it a little bit.
