I didn't even watch the recipe because it's not authentic. Authentic kunna is made in clay pot for about 5-6 hours

chef anti apki knowledge thori kam ha... ye dish lahore ki nahi ha chaniot ki tradtional dish ha ye.. apni knowledge mai thora izaafa karen or galat malomaat logu ko tk phnchany se guraiz karen

مٹن کنا ایسے نہی بنتا میری بہن کنا مٹکے کو کہتے ہین اور یہ ضروری ہے کہ اپ ھانڈی مٹی کی امین اور فرائی پیاز نہی ڈلتا اسمین سب کچھ ایسے ہی ڈالتے ہین دراصل یہ چنیوٹ کی ریسپی ہے یہ تو نہاری لگ رہی ہے

Baqi sab thk hai but garam masala mein cloves aur bari ilaichi nahi jae gi..gundha hua aata nahi daalen ge kun k wo mix nahi hoga,hard ho jae ga...is liey khushk aata hi shamil kren ge...most important ye recipe handi mein bnti hai.

پہلی بات تو یہ ہے کہ کنا لاہور کی نہیں چنیوٹ کی روایتی ڈش ہے اور مٹکے میں پکایا جاتا ہے اور اس میں گرم مصالحہ نہیں ڈالا جاتا بلکہ صرف نمک لال مرچ دھنیا اور شاہ زیرہ شامل کیا جاتا ہے اور آٹے کا پیڑا کون ڈالتا ہے بلکہ آٹے کو پانی میں گھول کر شامل کیا جاتا ہے

It says, "Mutton Kunna Complete Recipe", while the dish is made in a metal wok, ...Kunna in Chiniot city is an earthen HANDI, which is bigger in size and resembles like a Pitcher, therefore we DO NOT cook Kunna but we cook mutton, so the word MUTTON KUNNA (just like we do not cook KARAHI but MUTTON KARAHI / CHICKEN KARAHI)............and how naive is our chef Shireen Anwar who is surprised to know that NIHARI is available in Lahore too.......every type of food is available in Karachi just because Karachi is a port city and after the partition who so ever came to Karachi (the first capital of Pakistan) brought his culture and culinary treats with him, but so is Lahore that is not a port BUT most of the immigrants who came by train / road also settled here and therefor although in Lahore you won't find Gujrati / Memoni food but many other types of food are available here too.....she should have gone to the food hubs in Lahore first if she was really interested in cooking.......she is a renowned chef and so one does not expect such remarks from her.

sadly mistaken.....wrongly informed........we are having power shutdown at least five to six times a day, gas shutdown two times a day and it goes out at between 10:30~11:30 pm only to come back at 6:00 am in the morning.
