This video is about using the mutton offals (liver) with black pepper to make the dish. This is called the mutton liver pepper fry. In this mutton liver it contains a huge variant of protein in it as well as vitamins and minerals, this is often offered to the children.
Ingredients:
Shallots - 450 gm
Mutton liver - 1.25 kg
Tomatoes - 2 no’s
Garlic - 12 no’s
Ginger - 1 piece (chopped)
Turmeric - 1 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 3/4 Tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Peppercorns - 1 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seed - 3/4 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Gingerly oil - 40 ml
Curry leaves - 2 sprig
Coriander leaves - 2 sprig
Green chilli slit - 6 no’s
Fennel seed - 1 tbsp
Cardamom - 4 no’s
Cinnamon - 4 no’s
Cloves - 6 no’s
Stone flower - few pieces
