Indians cook using a lot of oil but yet are still skinny and live 100 years, Americans use half as much and we're obese, have high cholesterol with a dash of heart disease an die at 26 smh lol..something isn't right😒
americans eat more saturated fats, sugar, and sodium which comes from fast food chains and anything found in the grocery store. americans consume an unbelievable amount of sugar compared to india.
The west has all the processed garbage. The real organic food is using your whole paycheck to purchase. All the chemicals utilized in processed food is a huge factor in health.

Ingredients are oil, Cloves, garlic, green chillies,onions, curry leaves,saute well, add chopped liver pieces and fry till it changes colour, add salt,stir fry till cooked well. Add coriander powder, chilli powder ,stir well and enjoy your goat liver fry :)

Since 2009,I am a vegetarian .You may wonder why I am watching these village food factory videos.I watch but I don't eat it.I love the natural surrounding(trees,plants and paddy fields) in which this father and son cooks .I really love this old man(daddy) and his affectionate son - Inger,TN,India

Hotel/Restaurant business is to ear profit/Money. So far I have seen the episodes, it can be deduced that these people prepare meal either for themselves to eat or they will do this for charity/Feeding poor and all. what a great work this good humans are doing !!

Are you crazy? How do you assume, they dont have anything as you advise? And education?? The guy behind the camera was once an Assistant Director in Molliwood (Tamil film world) and is well qualified. The Village Food Factory is his brainchild and let us respect his ideas and let him live the way he wants. They have a well set plan to open a restaurant in the near future. One should never under rate anybody.
