This is incorrect information. Every broker app will process the transaction and then forward it to the AMC, it takes a couple of days to reflect the purchase. And the message and email of purchase with NAV and units comes directly from AMC on registered details. Secondly even while purchase from direct AMC account also takes a day or two in some cases to reflect. Talking about the units difference that totally depends on the market condition. If market is on high then obviously the units will be less as NAV would be high. It can be opposite too if market falls then NAV will be down hence units alloted will be more. That is totally upto the investor to decide when he is purchasing based on market condition. You have taken example only of increasing NAV which is just half information, show the other side too if NAV falls because of dip in market

Faced same issue twice with groww. After raising dispute they refunded diff nav to you & case closed. Also put up case with sebi but same answer recd stating fund realised on next day.

Same scam happened with me. I ordered on may13 but may 14th nav value is given for me. There is difference of 5RS . I think it's a scam. I have already raised this concern with groww team. I am going to raise this issue to SEBI.
Kfintech se lumsum karne pe ye barabar hota h. Ek do din baad ka hi unit allotment milta h. AMC se contact karne pe unka sidha kehna hota h ki aap third party app se kiye ho. Jab tk wo payment AMC k pass credit nhi hoga tab tk unit allot nhi ho sakta h.
Ab main kabhi bhi lumsum karta hu to maximum time AMC k website se hi karta hu. Kabhi kabhi my cams ya MF CENTRAL K website se. Cams ya MFCENTRAL WEBSITE se bhi karne pe same day ka unit milta h. But aur kisi bhi third party k app se karne pe ye log dhandli karte h

Brother, as per my knowledge, please do your studies also, हर प्लेटफार्म की timing जरूर देखिए जैसे कुछ प्लेटफार्म same day की nav के लिए कुछ प्लेटफार्म 1 बजे से पहले की payment ही consider होती है पहले हर app या platform का rules पढ़ ले तो बेहतर रहेगा या customer care पर बात करके timings पता कर ले
Aisi koi problem nahi h. Mujhe b aisa laga tha because sip deduct hone k 2-3 days k bad units show ho rahi thi. But history check ki to same sip date ka nav mila hua h sabhi funda me. Or me groww hi use kara raha hu.
