Awesome, video. Been wanting to learn that dance since I saw it. Just now finding out about Zyzz. No idea how I never stumbled on his vids back in 2009. If I had, I probably would have started lifting more seriously back then. I only started lifting more seriously a couple of years ago, and unfortunately while at my height I lost my way for a year, then stated getting back into it. Now I just moved which was a pain and I got corona! I haven’t lifted in weeks. Mainly to recover faster. Finding out about Zyzz has ignited that fire in me, though. Ready to get more shredded!
