My 2013 has the same issue with the gear indicator. I also had similar issues with the traction control. I just turned it off. Bike is much better without it. The only time I actually lost traction was when the traction control was actually on ?? :) ?? Love the review. Nice bike.
Hi Tony, Yes I do the same with the traction control. I leave it off. I find it strange that the gears indicate properly when the bike isn't running. From what I know the gear indicator just works via resistance, so maybe when the bike is running there's too much power getting through? Just guessing. If you do find a solution please let me know and of course I'll do the same. Cheers and thanks for watching the review.
