Soap: Jump for it! Roach Jumps into the chopper* Roach: GYAH! Gets into the chopper ladder* Soap: Nikolai, we got him, get us out of here! Nikolai: Where to, my friend? Soap: Just get us to the sub.
1:50 I remember back in the day When those favelas chase me through the entire time in the game Mostly I always failed the mission like 10 times in a row Because the chase was giving me a little bit heart attack and almost give up playing this mission LMFAO Nostalgia hits hard
Ghost: SIr, The militias closing in, almost 200 of them front and back. MacTavish: We are gonna fight our way to the LZ, let's go Ghost:What about Rojas? MacTavish: The streets will take care of it.
Hans Zimmer really knows how to build tension with his music. I've never felt as much tension as I had with this mission in any other FPS shooter. You really feel the need to rush or you'll get swarmed by the local militia.
mactavish: roach!, ROACH!, wake up! ghost: roach we can see them from the chopper, they're coming for you dozens of them mactavish: roach you need to find a way to the rooftops, GO!!
This might be the holy grail of treadmill songs. Sprint on the treadmill with all your airsoft gear to this and tell me you didn’t feel like a bad ass.
6:02 for me after you fall, temporarily knock yourself out and you can see the shadows of the militia on the street walls approaching and your on a time limit.
it does exist, just not in the way you think of. search up task force 121 and you should see a wikipedia page. there are also other task forces in real life that can be compared to tf141
Soap: Roach! Roach wake up! Ghost: Roach! We can see them from the chopper, they’re coming for you dozens of em! Soap: Roach there’s to many of them! Get the hell out of there and find your way to the rooftops, MOVE!
I like this mission but it doesn't make that much sense: The "best hand picked group of warriors on the planet" drop like flies on this mission. It really breaks the immersion. It should have just been Ghost, Soap, and Roach. And, yes, I understand cod mw trilogy isn't very "realistic" but even if we follow this trilogies "rules" it's still kinda weird, or not weird depending on what you think of my next point: Back On The Grid is a similiar scenario but arguably more dangerous, not only is the envourment similiar but the enemies have a mortar to. But in Back On The Grid, Soap isn't screaming like he is in this mission and in Takedown. Yes, Soap yells in Back In The Grid due to the mortar and them running out of time to get Makarov's package, but he doesn't sound as worried as he did in this mission. Is this trilogy inconsistent in it's own logic or is Price so good he makes situations even Soap thinks are dangerous seem... Normal. Play Back On The Grid, yes, they yell sometimes, but they sound kinda chill even though it's arguably the same scenario but worse due to the mortar. Also they don't even have much support on that mission, it's just Yuri, Soap, and Price and Nikolai giving intel. Compare this to Takedown and Hornets nest where Soap has lots of support... I guess Price is THAT good.
