Lol, i stopped trying to do this campaign on veteran because of this mission, eventually got better at the game, and camp back, did it, now mw2 is the only cod I've completed all achievements for on xbox
it's weird hearing this without all the machine gun fire,screaming in portuguese,grenade spam,dogs barking,exploding barrels,soap yelling on the coms,roach breathing like he got asthma,and red screens with quotes on them,this mission was crazy on veteran lmao 😂
I agree, you need to pick the right equipment and restock on ammo before heading for the LZ, two LMGs and plenty of frags, else you'll get pinned down. You need to make proper stepping as well to prevent getting mortared.

Brazilians speak Portuguese. Pretty sure Meat speaks Spanish in that scene though, which is odd since the militiamen speak Portuguese with proper Brazilian "ghetto" accent and slangs.
@@fnzer0 Portuguese and Brazilian arent the same language. Meat does in fact speak Brazilian on that scene but with a strong sort of english accent. The Militiamen also speak our language but not formally. Yes, im Brazilian lol.
Anyone else play this spec ops mission on veteran? This is my favorite mission because of the music and because of how claustrophobic the favela felt. Literally I would be under fire and I would hear the guys on the rooftops running saying “YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER CONE TO THE FAVELA” CHILLS BRO CHILLS
the mission almost made you feel like the villain. youre getting mowed down by these militiamen and wonder if the taskforce had any right to drop into their territory like that. then you you fly out and the story progresses and you completely forget about it
The spec ops mission of this irritates the hell outta me. They only give you the TAR-21 and a ranger. All the guns out there and I'm stuck with a 5.45 or 5.56 chambered weapon. The FAL is the gun I'd want for it but I gotta survive like 10 bad guys coming straight at me from both sides first when I start. On veteran I could never seem to deal with the dogs. I find I press the E key when it says but they still kill me. Never happens on recruit mode though so I guess they just give you a real small window.
@@rhysmodica2892what I usually do first is immediately trade the Ranger for the AA12 with sensor. I mainly use the sensor to spot the enemy ambush. And then trade the Tar for either the FN Fal or the AK with noobtube to bomb the shit out of the corner and tight spot.
@@quangnguyentrung647 Fair enough. I just dart it into the building in front of me and deal with those guys, then the courtyard, then flank off to the right. Ak definitely does a good job. Still don't know how to deal with dogs on veteran though.
Best music/ soundtrack for a game No F'n joke. There will be no other game or COD that will come even close to matching the gameplay, story, music, multiplayer. This is the game that sets the bar that will not ever be met. Did I mention the Spec Ops game play? or how bout the AC-130 , Chopper Gunner Kill Streaks? I could keep going folks.

I counted and the guy fires 21 rounds out of a fucking Desert Eagle without reloading. Guy had some seriously concealed extended mag or something. Thanks Hollywood.

I just rebought this game for my ps3 and i gotta say this music is something else you just feel like you shouldn’t be there all alone this song captures also your heartbeats so the intensity gets crazy 😭.
Played the game and I loved it, especially this part and the "Contingency" soundtrack. Seriously has better ost then most movies. BUT I don't know why, whenever I listen to this soundtrack it gives me Bad Boys vibe. Am I the only one?
in fact they are probably from BOPE (battalion of special operations "in Portuguese"), contrary to what the majority say, they are not from Canada, they are from the special force of Brazil, Mactavish probably called them to help in the mission of finding rojas
@@augusto1641 you don’t just call a unit lol. They probably had Authorization to go in and the Brazilian government DID send some operators in with the TF.
