Interesting discussion but I wonder why PMC's are lumped into the generic "proxy" group given their often narrow missions and roles and contract obligations. I don't think Erinys is in the same league as a factional Houthi militia.

Idk. Pmcs tend to go for high paying jobs like security of important individuals/buildings. I dont think going in the frontline is high paying unless youre a homeless vet
